  I went for a wax, manicure and pedicure before vacation. The woman who did the waxing brought someone else into the room to watch which was SUPER uncomfortable. She left bruises everywhere because instead of doing small patches at a time she did large areas and instead of placing the strips vertically she placed them horizontally so my skin was being ripped and pulled in every direction. She had the nerve to leave patches of hair untouched and say well it's about 80%, so I think it's okay you come back next time. And she is the manager! Another woman did my pedicure and instead of doing a regular pedicure they just started doing the spa pedicure which of course is more expensive. I only found out once I sat down for my manicure. The whole time they kept trying to get me to use a shellac or gel nail polish on my toes and hands, which also would have been more money. I ended up not even letting her finish my manicure because I was so unhappy. I paid what I owed and left without even finishing my manicure, although I probably shouldn't have paid such a large amount considering it was such a TERRIBLE experience. NEVER going back again!!!! Be forewarned.
